What i can get after seeing the photo is that a sustainable teacher is a teacher who always make improvements to their learning method. Because,in the photo we can see that there are few people who looks like assessing the learning process. With all of these assessments, teachers can make it as a correction of the methods that they have use. so that the existing methods can be changed into the better methods from time to time.
