To create an inovation, a teacher should not be carelessly in the making. They should examine wheter these inovations will be useful for the progress of their students or not. So,it is very importan for the teachers to do research. with doing research, teachers may find the flawsfrom the existing method and make it as feedback to improve the method. So that, obtained inovations wont be useless and can be really useful for the students. Moreover, a teacher can publish their results of research so that it can be a reference for the other teachers to change their methods to a better one. So with that, education arround us will continuosly change in the better form.
