I agree that doing a research is one of many learning means. By doing research, we can get some new experience that will be very useful for improve our ability on doing something. It can also be implemented in order to improve our ability in teaching mathematics.
Because of teachers have the responsibility to be a good facilitator for the learner or student. The teachers must develop their method of teaching that doing some research can be a means to do this. Teachers can do research by pay attention to their students in every meeting. So that, the teacher can discover the difference of character between each student and can take action or create new method that can make student learn happily.
